As someone who is dyslexic and dysgraphic herself, Enid doesn’t just understand the research—she’s lived it. She knows what it feels like to struggle with reading and writing, and she learns the same way her students do. That personal understanding fuels her 30+ year mission to make sure every child gets instruction that matches how their brain actually develops literacy skills.
Enid specializes in dyslexia, autism, comprehensive structured literacy with an emphasis in writing, and IEP advocacy. Her philosophy is simple—there are no “broken” kids, only incomplete instruction. She believes that more than 90% of students could learn to read and write proficiently if given methods grounded in the Science of Literacy. Every child is capable. Every child is brilliant.
Known by families as their “Fierce Angel,” Enid fights for ambitious goals, evidence-based intervention, and the belief that a diagnosis should never determine a child’s ceiling.
